Learn what real breathing feels like.
Most men are fine. That’s the problem.
You get on with it. You don’t want to sit in a room and share your feelings, and frankly neither would I. No note taking, no interviews, no sitting in a room talking about your feelings. But there’s probably something going round your head that you haven’t said out loud to anyone.
MATT is a space to say it. Sauna, cold plunge, breath, and a proper conversation. Rock climbing, a walk, a farm tour, a night out bush. It’s easier to talk shoulder to shoulder than face to face.
Your call how you do it. Just me and you, a few of us on a Friday night, or a bigger group.
You’ll learn how to settle your nervous system, sleep properly, and stop the three a.m. loop. And you’ll leave having said what’s been running around your head just wanting to get out. And if that something is bigger than my scope, I will say so and help you find someone who can support you through it properly alongside our breath retraining.
This is not a men’s group in the usual sense. Men are not seeking other men — they are seeking a space to sit and be real with themselves out loud.

I met Matt at eighteen during a pretty hectic time in my life. We got chatting and quickly became good mates. He’d help me with ideas for my business. I’d leave Matt’s place feeling unstoppable, ready to have a crack at life. Having someone like Matt as a friend and a mentor is a big factor in why I have the mindset I do today. Whenever my business was in a disaster and I was stressed out in my mind, I would reach out and chat to Matt for a fresh perspective. He’d always make time. He’s got a way of being extremely open, and he makes it feel really easy to chat about anything. A great listener and a great sharer.
